'Timparuci' is composed by three different apartment types suitable for 2, 4 or 6 adults and all equally equipped to the highest standards: studio apartment, two bedroom apartment, three bedroom apartment

Each apartment has its own private terrace and a private entrance, but they can also be rented together for larger groups.

1) SCIROCCO APARTMENT - 3 bedrooms: 6/10 sleeps - mq 75 ground floor + mq 30 loft composed by:
- 1TV/lounge room;
- 2 double bedrooms on loft + 1 double bedroom on ground floor;
- 3 bathrooms;
- 1 kitchen/dining room;
- 4 extra bed available

2) SCIROCCO APARTMENT - 2 bedrooms: 4/6 sleeps mq 50 ground floor + mq 30 loft
composed by:

- 1TV/lounge room;
- 2 double bedrooms on loft;
- 2 bathrooms;
- 1 kitchen/dining room;
- 2 extra bed available2)

3) LIBECCIO STUDIO APARTMENT  - 1 bedrooms: 2/3 sleeps mq 25 ground floor + mq 20 loft

It has a contemporary living and dining areas, comfortable beds on wooden loft and relaxing bathroom.

The apartments share a large SWIMMING POOL of 14x8 meters, delicious in the summer months. The pool is surrounded by Mediterranean vegetation and the Sicilian rolling hills. May be the neighbors horses even come say hello while you're enjoying Sicilian summer  at  the pool area ...

All the Bedrooms are furnished by:

1 King size bed. The beds will offer you hours of comfort and a great night's sleep. Plenty of storage. Tranquillity reigns in this elegant room with its simple but refreshing style. The en-suite bathroom comprises of shower, toilet basin, sink and mirror.

On request extra beds available.

Bathrooms

All bathrooms are furnished by luxury mosaic panels and design furniture; they all have shower, bidet and wc.

Kitchen

The kitchen inventory includes - a stack fridge freezer, gas hob, electric oven, toaster, kettle, saucepans, serving dishes, and much more....
