Rental Pricing and Booking Conditions

The whole property accommodation is rented on a weeks self-catering basis to families or groups, ensuring your holiday is relaxing during your stay from arriving on a Saturday afternoon to your departure on a Saturday morning.

Payment Terms

30% upon booking and 70% 6 weeks prior to rental.

Deposits

We request a refundable deposit of € 500 for any breakages, to be paid with final payment.

Maid Service

There is no charge for cleaning. The house will be cleaned before you arrive. If you require further cleaning during your stay please let us know.

Seasons

The property is composed by:

SCIROCCO APT - 3 rooms two of which with loft (6/9 sleeps): 2 double bedrooms on loft + 1 triple bedroom + sofabed (2 sleeps) + kitchen + tv/lounge room + 3 bathrooms + private terrace furnished with table garden chairs and barbecue.

Weekly prices for each season:

Low season:     €   600

Mid season:      €   800

High season:    €   900

Peak season:  €  1.000

SCIROCCO APT - 2 rooms with loft (4/6 sleeps): 2 double bedrooms on loft + sofabed (2 sleeps) + kitchen + tv/lounge room + 2 bathrooms + private terrace furnished with table garden chairs and barbecue.

Low season:      € 300

Mid season:       € 500

High season:      € 600

Peak season:     € 700

LIBECCIO STUDIO APT - 1 bedrooms: 2/3 sleeps mq 25 ground floor + mq 20 loft

Solarium is made of local Modican white stone and is furnished with sun loungers and stamer chairs.Weekly rates include: electricity, weekly bedlines and towels, final cleaning

Gas, electric and water charges are included within your weeks rental and a generous welcome pack is also supplied.

For bookings of more than one week, new bedlinen and towels will be offered on a weekly basis.
